Shipping
Each item includes sizing information and individualized care instructions. Some items are European and may run small. Please follow sizing guidelines carefully to ensure orders correctly.
Fulfillment usually takes 2-5 business days. Shipping is estimated at 1-8 business days for domestic orders and 1-20 business days for international orders.
Returns or exchanges are accepted for incorrect sizing or damaged items, and store credit is provided after you contact support.
Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer's remorse or changes of mind.
Quality or Fulfillment Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or fulfillment error (such as receiving the wrong item), we'll make it right. Simply contact us with your order information and photos of the issue, and we'll gladly provide either:
A free replacement, or
Store credit.
Size Exchanges
We understand that sizing can sometimes be tricky. If you need a different size, unworn and unwashed apparel may be returned. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue store credit that can be applied toward purchasing the correct size.
Please note that worn, washed, or otherwise used items are not eligible for exchange.
What Happens to Returned Items?
Whenever possible, returned items are processed and donated to charitable organizations rather than discarded.
